netflix renews with nbc
NBC deserves kudos for its willingness to embrace streaming media– arguably the future of television– rather than shying away out of fear of losing revenue from the traditional advertising opportunities in the broadcast medium. One of the founding partners in Hulu, NBC has also been working with Netflix to get NBC programming out to Netflix subscribers via Netflix’s streaming video service. As of today, we know that NBC will continue to do that– with a few changes.
